Garden Description: Grant School’s oldest landscaped areas are rock bordered beds including trees, ornamentals and natives. Most classrooms have a framed bed adjacent to the room. The 3 large framed beds near the multi have been used as a demonstration and productive area by the Garden Club for 10 years. There is a full shed and small compost bin there. We have an Outdoor Learning Garden, which is in a corner of campus and seats an entire class, has raised beds, compost system, rain catchment and drip irrigation and its own shed. At the end of one wing there is another outdoor classroom area bordered by a small sensory garden.
