This grant offers financial and mentoring support for schools to develop and implement instructional school garden programs. The primary goal is to address one of the most significant obstacles school gardens face: securing funding for a Garden Education Coordinator. Funds are included for tuition to the School Garden Teacher Training at Occidental Arts & Ecology Center (OAEC).
